His team earned the program's first ever at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament and advanced to the Raleigh Regional finals. Prior to his stint at Oklahoma, Pinzino served as the head coach of the Tribe, where his squad set program records with 39 wins and 17 conference victories in 2013.
