You do not need materials on hand to do a resupply, you'll actually get between 5-20 materials for completing the resupply mission, depending on the mission and if you have a posse. When I deliver my resupplies I would get the points for the delivery, but the game wouldn't register the supplies. Well I put the duck near the trader but nothing happened, it told me pick up the duck, so I did, it then told me to drop it near the trader again, this went on and on for a while, it didn't progress the mission. Mar 25, 2020 · For the past week or so I have noticed that at times right after we do a resupply mission, even though the resupply meter is full, it still shows as red and "Halted" as if you did not resupply at all. Buying supplies solves that too, but costs $20.
