Commissary Money can be put on an inmate's account Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at the Jail Administration office. There is a monthly limit of $200-300 on how much inmates can spend on commissary items. Items available for purchase through the inmate commissary include: candy, snacks, over-the-counter medications, writing materials, hygiene supplies, athletic shoes and shorts, etc. The purchase is non-refundable.
